Local Candidates Speak to the Issues at Legislative Forum

On Monday, October 10th, Impact Monadnock and The American Democracy Project at Keene State College hosted a successful Legislative Forum on Children & Families in the Monadnock Region in the Mabel Brown Room of Keene State College.  Six legislative candidates from both sides of the aisle shared the stage to discuss their thoughts and propose solutions on how to improve the well-being of our region’s children & families. The candidates on stage that evening were as follows:


House of Representatives

Legislative Forum on Children and Families in the Monadnock Region


On October 10th from 6-8 PM at Keene State College, Impact Monadnock, in partnership with the American Democracy Project of Keene State College, will host a Legislative Forum on Children and Families in the Monadnock Region.

All are welcome to attend this free, public event to talk to local decision-makers about issues affecting children and families in the Monadnock Region. Guest speaker MaryLou Beaver of Every Child Matters will share information about the “Opportunity Gap” and children’s issues at the state level.
