Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors (IMBA) held their quarterly Breakfast Roundtable event on May 8, 2018 at Stone Arch Village in Keene and enjoyed an impressive turnout — 32 people representing 23 locally-based for-profit and non-profit businesses and organizations of all sizes.

Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors’ New Coaching Program Provides Resources & Mentoring for Companies Interested in Adopting Child- and Family-Friendly Workplace Programs

Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors (IMBA) is now offering a Coaching Program that provides the opportunity for local organizations interested in implementing child-and-family friendly workplace policies to connect with an IMBA member for mentoring and have access to a number of other resources. The focus of IMBA is to help cultivate a strong, vibrant Monadnock Region that supports child-and-family-friendly workplace practices and ensures children ages 0-5 and their families are healthy and thriving.

More Local Companies Adopt Babies at Work Program

Filtrine Manufacturing Company and Keene Housing now offer Babies at Work program to employees

As members of Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors group, Filtrine Manufacturing Company and Keene Housing advocate for helping cultivate a strong, vibrant Monadnock Region, supporting child-and-family-friendly workplace practices that ensure children ages 0-5 and their families are healthy and thriving.

To that end, both organizations recently adopted the increasingly popular Babies at Work program, a child-and-family-friendly policy that allows parents to bring their baby to work when a child is age six weeks to six months or until they can crawl. Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors are like-minded business leaders representing for-profit and non-profit companies of all sizes in the Monadnock Region. Every quarter they meet, network and share ideas for different initiatives their organizations can consider utilizing in an effort to improve the lives of workers and the children who depend on them. 

Business Ambassadors Breakfast Roundtable Event on May 2nd

The Business Ambassadors of Impact Monadnock are delighted to invite you to a free Roundtable Event: The Benefits of Investing in Child-and-Family-Friendly Workplaces on Tuesday, May 2nd from 6:30-8:30 AM at Stone Arch Village, 835 Court St, Keene, NH. The Ambassadors will also be introducing their new Program for Membership at this event.

Come share this opportunity to network together, to hear about Child-and-Family-Friendly Workplace Practices and to consider joining the Business Ambassadors, a peer group of business leaders who support the work of Impact Monadnock. The featured keynote speaker will be Rebecca Copans of Let’s Grow Kids.

A continental breakfast with protein and gluten free options will be provided starting at 6:30 a.m.. The program begins at 7:00 AM. This event is FREE, but space is limited, so register early! Simply click here to register.
